I am a member of PEAVI, the Professional Editors Association of Vancouver Island,
providing freelance editing, book design and typesetting.

My two main passions are poetry and paddling, especially when those two come together in the transformative journey. I have twenty-four years of publishing experience, including ten years at Oolichan Books. I've done freelance editing for Rocky Mountain Books, Heritage House, Touchwood Editions, Theytus Books and Harbour Publishing. Fourteen years as founder and publisher of Leaf Press, where I've designed, typeset and edited a list which includes Susan Musgrave, Lorna Crozier, John Pass, Allan Brown, David Zieroth, Glen Sorestad, Patricia Young, Janet Marie Rogers, Daniela Elza, Christine Lowther, among many many others.
